Graduate of the Medical Academy in Warsaw. He pursued his professional career in the 1st Clinic of Cardiac Surgery at the Institute of Cardiology in Warsaw, where he obtained a specialization and the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences. During his postgraduate training he worked at the University Clinic of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery in Utrecht (Holland - 1985/86) and at the Hospital for Sick Children Great Ormond Street in London (England 1990/91). At the invitation of renowned consultants he worked at the prestigious private Harley Street Clinic in London. At that time he appreciated the potential and strength of private medicine practiced at the highest world level. Special skills and knowledge in the field of cardiac surgery of congenital defects in children and adults were used in the Institute of Cardiology.
Dr. Szufladowicz was a co-author of the program of cardiosurgery of congenital defects. Since the end of the nineties the Cardiac Surgery Clinic in Anin has been a leader in Europe in the treatment of adult patients with congenital heart defects. Dr. Szufladowicz is the author and co-author of several dozen scientific publications in Poland and abroad, numerous lectures and congress presentations, books and annual reports of the Polish Cardiac Surgery Club (1989-2003) - at that time he was the Club Secretary.
Since 2005 he has been involved in the creation and development of medical Allenort (History of Allenort Medical Building, Allenort Cardiology). Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Board at Allenort Cardiology Clinics and a member of the Management Board of the Polish Union of Specialist Hospitals of the Lewiatan Confederation of Employers.
