The Affiliate Project company, part of the Allenort Group, is implementing a project in the premium real estate segment, including a prestigious area in Gdynia, located at Skwer Kościuszki, where a hotel with an apartment and service part will be built. The aim of the investment is to create a space that is friendly to both residents and tourists visiting the Tri-City. A characteristic feature of the building will be multifunctionality, and its initial concept assumes the creation of a hotel part, which will be enriched with a restaurant and conference zone, as well as a SPA & Wellness zone with a swimming pool. Construction works will start in the first half of 2023, and their completion is scheduled for 2025.
