The Allenort Group is implementing a project in the premium real estate segment, covering a prestigious area in Gdynia, located at Kościuszki Square, where a hotel with apartments and services will be built. The aim of the investment is to create a space that is friendly to both residents and tourists visiting the Tricity. A characteristic feature of the building will be multifunctionality, and its initial concept assumes the creation of a hotel part, which will be enriched with a restaurant and conference zone, as well as a SPA & Wellness zone with a swimming pool.
