Krzysztof Marszałek – Entrepreneur and Investor.
His investment interests have always included machine manufacturing and production facility automation, about which he gained relevant knowledge in Germany.
In 2000, he established his own large production company, Europa Systems Spółka z o.o., which gained global recognition. The company manufactured automated production lines for factories. His companies' manufacturing systems had been sold to over 30 countries all around the world, and the customer portfolio includes companies such as Siemens, Bridgestone, Lidl, Rockwool and Michelin.
Currently, his interests are focused on the real estate development market. Together with his wife, they have completed and are in the process of conducting a dozen or so large, highly prestigious projects as investors. These include: the two SUN TOWERS in Świnoujście, the BALTIC WAVES RESORT aparthotel complex in Międzyzdroje, several residential estates in Szczecin, as well as Logistics Centres for DB SCHENKER, for example. All are implemented under the WESTCOMFORT own brand. The GRYFBUD Group is the business and executive partner of WESTCOMFORT. Companies comprising this Group specialise in large industrial facilities, as well as hotel and apartment facilities located in the immediate vicinity of water. Such an alliance allows complex construction projects to be implemented.
Krzysztof Marszałek has linked his future investment plans with the Allenort Group. Currently, he is a Partner and Co-Investor in Allenort Group companies.
